You do not need to arrive with a perfectly defined goal. Part of the work may be clarifying what you want to change.

My approach combines psychological understanding with thoughtful, practical coaching. I hold a First-Class BSc in Psychology and am currently completing a BPS-accredited MSc in Coaching Psychology, alongside professional experience supporting mental wellbeing.
Our work is informed by psychological theory and evidence while remaining collaborative, grounded and focused on your individual circumstances. I draw on approaches concerned with motivation, behaviour, values, meaning and sustainable change, rather than relying on generic advice or productivity techniques.
You remain the expert on your own life. My role is to help you understand what is happening, clarify your choices and move towards action that feels realistic and personally meaningful.
I offer a free 30-minute welcoming conversation to explore what you would like support with and whether coaching together feels like a good fit.
