Hanover Praxis offers reflective, psychology-informed coaching for people seeking greater clarity, direction and meaningful change.
I came to coaching psychology through a longstanding interest in how people make sense of their lives, respond to difficulty and create meaningful change. My background combines academic psychology, mental wellbeing work and practical experience supporting people through uncertainty, competing demands and periods of transition.
I hold a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Psychology and am currently completing a BPS-accredited MSc in Coaching Psychology at the University of Chichester. My professional experience includes work in mental health and community wellbeing settings.
I created Hanover Praxis to offer thoughtful, grounded coaching: psychologically informed, collaborative and practical, without reducing people to labels or problems.

My training includes psychology, counselling skills and postgraduate study in coaching psychology. My professional background includes mental health, crisis support and community wellbeing.
